Henrique Azevedo, a visual artist and engineer who recently turned 90, presents a selection of his most recent works in a new portfolio exhibition. With a life dedicated to managing large industrial enterprises as well as artistic practice, Azevedo brings a unique and multifaceted perspective to his works. In recent years, Henrique has turned to digital art, exploring technologies such as blockchain to register his works as NFTs, as well as utilizing artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and animations to enrich his creations. Represented by Ubuntu Arte Galeria in Salvador, Azevedo continues to push the boundaries of digital art. He participated in the reopening of UBUNTO GALERIA in 2023 and other exhibitions in 2024, as well as in exhibitions in the United States in 2019 and a solo exhibition in 2013, highlighting his ongoing relevance and innovation.
